In a world so full of negative thoughts, ideas and daily circumstances, it can be overwhelming and cause anxiety and depression.  We talk to our friends, co-workers, even therapist, but when we go home, the negative ideas follow us there as well.  We try to read, pray, sleep, but the looming darkness of negatively is our partner even after our eye lids close.  So what can we do to help bring our focus, our thoughts, our energies, our minds to a positive place of well being?  Let's talk about.
